I’m a flight attendant and yoga teacher who loves connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences, whether it’s on a flight or in a class. I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, traveling, hiking, or trying new food with my partner and friends. I’m also a cat momma to two of the sweetest kitties around!
I really value kindness, honesty, and keeping life simple and fun, and I try to bring that energy into everything I do!
I’ve spent the past few years building a really balanced mix between my two careers as a flight attendant and yoga teacher. Flying has let me see the world and connect with people from all walks of life, while teaching yoga and sound healing has helped me create space for others to slow down and reconnect with themselves. Moving forward, I’d love to keep blending both paths in a way that brings more balance, creativity, and meaning into my work and life.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants or breweries in our community?
I love New Terrain Brewery, Deep Roots Winery, and Red Silo for coffee. There’s great food all over Golden, but I love a good sandwich, and The Cheese Ranch never disappoints!
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I’ve been teaching yoga at Rise Yoga and Wellness since October 2021.
Q: What is one of your favorite hiking or biking trails?
I love walking along the Clear Creek Trail, and as for hikes near/ in Golden I really like anything in Golden Gate Canyon Park!
Q: What advice would you give to yourself 10 years ago?
I’d tell myself to stop trying to prove so much and just trust the timing of my life. Everything doesn’t have to happen at once, and rest doesn’t mean you’re falling behind. I’d remind myself that growth isn’t always loud or visible—it’s often happening quietly in the background while you’re just living, learning, and finding your way.
Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Honestly, Rise Yoga and Wellness, where I teach. It’s a really special little place filled with connection and love, and it’s a place that truly helped me step into a fuller version of myself!
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I love how friendly everyone is, and I love that there are so many different things to do in such a small radius!
Q: What is something interesting that most people don't know about you?
I think it’s interesting that I can usually see both sides of a situation. I’ve learned to slow down, listen, and look at things with empathy instead of judgment—it’s helped me connect with people and handle challenges with more grace.
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
There’s a few people I can name, but I’d say I inspire myself to be better. I’ve been through a lot over the years, and it’s taught me to find motivation from within instead of seeking it externally. I try to remind myself how far I’ve come, and that keeps me grounded, grateful, and committed to becoming a kinder, stronger version of myself every day.
Q: Finally, what 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
Stability, peace, love
